For a 15 year old you're not really bad though. Seriously, if you do your best and apply yourself Im sure you can become a pro artist one day.

your art isn't really "bad" it's just unrefined. You seem to just paint on top of sketches rather than do linework. I'd say just work on the fundamentals of painting.

I don't know why you think your art is bad, your anime style and design is really good. I wouldn't even try to draw the stuff you make. Humans are tough to draw but you do a great job with them!

I think it is good to think your art is bad. The need to get better and learn because you think you are bad is what makes you get better. This applies to more than just art. It is human nature to get better so by that logic all artist think they themselves suck and they all probably have a favorite artist who also thinks that they themselves suck. As long as you are the one who draws the picture there will always be something that annoys you about it. It is your job to take that thing that annoys you and fix it in the next one. Of course something else will annoy you in your new picture and so on.... (is this making any sense??? Or am I crazy....)
With that being said, if you want some tutorials on how to draw the human body just let me know! I will be happy to help.
