I highly enjoy your work and my dad (who's a photographer in his own right) also loves your work. I will always be on the look out, just like the barn owl

It impresses me how so many deviants choose to walk together harmoniously...
Thanks for following the trend by faving "Walk beside me..."
Really appreciated Natasha

Of course! It really is a beautiful piece of photography and I absolutely ADORE otters, so when I saw it and the quote, I had to fave it as the quote definitely suits the photo

Many thanks Natasha for the recent on my otter photo "Did Someone Mention Food?" fav.me/d7a2em2 . It is hugely appreciated. Apologies too for the delay in thanking you; have been trying to 'catch up' all week!!

Thank you for taking the picture
I would have commented on it, but as it was, my sister was getting a little.... annoyed with me, so I had to fave it before I forgot about it entirely

lol That's the problem with sisters!! You miss them though when you've grown up and gone your separate ways. My sister and I now live nearly 300 miles apart and don't see each other very often.

Haha very true! Luckily for me, my parents are putting up with me for a little while longer as I search for an apartment, so I can still be with my little sister.
It'll be so... weird when I finally move out and won't have them around. It actually kind of horrifies me to not have my sister around when I move out.

It is a strange feeling, though with me it was my sister who left first. It was quite a lonely life for a while.

I bet it is a strange feeling. To have someone whom had been there your entirely life suddenly gone has to be a bit alarming at first.

smallsofthamish In reply to keyboardfreak [2014-05-13 17:15:51 +0000 UTC]
It was strange at first but I suppose I soon got used to it!! I was busy at school with studies and sport. Additionally there is a 6 year age difference between us and we are very different characters so we didn't 'do' a lot together!

keyboardfreak In reply to smallsofthamish [2014-05-13 17:45:34 +0000 UTC]
Haha! Yep! There's an eight year difference between me and my sis, but I managed to, ah, "corrupt" her into liking some of the things I do, so we're able to do some things together.
Well, for example, currently, we're making our own comic. I do the storyline and such and she makes the art. I can't draw worth shit and she can't write to save her life.
(Mom and Dad still give me dirty looks at times for "corrupting" her in their words )

...sorry I'm totally confused did you fave the otter one??? If so the thanks stands but definite thanks for the lizard and toad faves. I'm replying to so many messages I must need a break

Thanks for faving the playful otters in "Let's sweet talk & play fight..."
...and thank you for sharing the enjoyment Natasha
Please do keep on watching???

keyboardfreak In reply to cricketumpire [2014-05-06 05:35:22 +0000 UTC]
Of course! They were all adorable and I fell in love with them the moment I saw them!
I believe the otter one was the first that I favorited before the frog and lizard.
I would have gone through more of your work at the time, but I was in a hurry (SORRY )
(I would suggest taking a break until you think you're ready to tackle the messages again. I find that relaxing AWAY from the computer for a few hours or even a day or two helps alot. If you're unable to be away from the computer for some reason such as school or work, try listening to your favorite music. That's what helps me.)

I go out and cut the village cricket pitch and field (google if necessary!) to get a break!
You might read my last journal to understand why I feel I need to reply to everyone but with over a thousand faves on the otters I'm struggling even with cut & paste. That's when the silly mistakes arise of course!
I'm so amazed at the kind response it has produced from everyone!

Oh good!! It's always good to have something to do in order to get a break!
I read your journal and I understand a lot better now. I should probably have done that before I replied .
I probably would be struggling to reply as well to everything. But, your work is amazing and it shows!
(BTW, I showed my dad your work since he's a photographer himself and he was really impressed with your work. He would like to know what kind of camera you use)

I must admit the response to the otters is really testing my resolve but never mind.
The camera - Nikon D3200 with kit zoom lenses 18-55mm & 55-300mm
Thanks again you your (& your dad's) kind comments...

No doubt. Otters are quite playful and the term "staying still" does not apply to them whatsoever
Thank you for telling me what camera. I told dad and he sort of lit up and began talking about it before switching to Portuguese in his excitement.
(he does that when he gets excited and I always get lost)
