I'm going to assume ppl means people.

Most people don't reveal their location online even if it's just the town or city they're in. The best ways I can think of to get Houston area artists here on DA into your group is by these means:

1: If you already know people offline, that you know have DA accounts, ask them to join.

2: There are more Texas in-general groups out there, one of them which I'm in, Texasdevmeet. State which members are in which area of the state. Others might do the same. You'll have to invite these Houston proclaimed members in. Likely with your group being small they didn't notice it and might well welcome the invite. (Note it's in Texasdevmeet's gallery area where it's revealed which members are where).
