You should be able to change your details on your settings. Go to your page and on the right side theres an option called Edit Settings & Profile (you have to hover over the options to get them all to appear). Go there and have a click through things, it should be in there somewhere.

Sure, (Sorry for slackness, thesis is due in a couple of weeks so I have to fight my way out from under a pile of books just to breathe). I haven't done too much on Egypt compared to other places but I'm always up for discussing what I do know with people (and preferably learning something XD) I just might be a bit slow in replying if they're okay with that.
