i'm good. had a really tough year and the past months have taught me a lot about letting go and moving on.
and one of those things unfortunately, was the gallery.
it was wonderful while it was, but it was a price of a dream that maybe wasn't just ready to happen yet. or it was something that had to happen to lead me to the next chapter. i guess i'll spend some time trying to figure that out.
but i'm still up to silly things and sometimes, strange things happening when least expected.
i'm actually thinking of writing a blurb in my journal about that today. it's been a long time since i've spent time here, but there's a photo or two on it's way.
alright. when do we get to see photographs from you again?
when you get a minute from them star trek re runs that is...
still might have to contemplate a coffee in norway to break you away from the tele.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Brave of you to try anyway. Even though you may not succeed every time, it beats just giving up on things in advance. Like me.
I have shot a ton of new photos this summer during those few months when the sunlight charged my batteries and my brain came online. But I'm not going to post anything online anywhere until I have at least tried to have it exhibited on a wall somewhere. That's going to take maybe another year or so to organize (finance). By then of course, I will have lost interest in the whole idea and the photos will represent a phase I'm no longer in. And I will probably cancel it all and crawl back here. And you will all resent me then because you think that I thought I was better than this place. But that's not it really. I just want a change.
Would be nice to have a coffee in Norway, but this time of year might not be the best time for visiting. (I think I said that last year about this time as well.) All of us smokers are forced to go outside nowadays. Our beloved masters have decided that we have to be protcted from ourselves. We all have to stand outside in the snow and smoke. The only people allowed to smoke inside are the politicians who decided that it had to be illegal for anyone to smoke inside in a public environment. No one has quit as a result of these changes and as a nation we are all slowly dying of phneumonia. But luckily there is only 5 months of winter left. I might just make it.

The latest from the health nazis here is to cover up the cigarettes in all shops so that only a square metre of display is showing. It's already illegal to advertise cigarettes, to smoke in pubs and hotels, and I read today there's a proposal to ban smoking in cars if there's a child under 12 travelling with you. I fear it won't be long before smoking at home is banned too.
Anyhow, I hope you're not dead. I look forward to seeing more of your marvellous work.

I'm a relative newcomer to Bogart -- though I first saw The Big Sleep and The Maltese Falcon 20 years ago. Now I'm very much a fan, though I still have many more films to see. I'm finally getting around to watching The African Queen thanks to Ms Hepburn's recent departure.
Here's a challenge: make a photohgraph called Dead Reckoning which is reminiscent of, and connected to the film in some way.
BTW, Lizabeth Scott is another favourite of mine -- I love her husky voice.

The purpose of collecting photos in a pack is to promote work from other people just like you. It`s kinda like .
The photos added to the pack are still copyrighted and people can`t use them as stock photo.
And please note that the pack is not distributed from me. It`s just a collection of links. Yes, some people may download them and use the photos as stock photos. But they can do the same even the photos are not in a pack!
You said, "Please respect that I want people to see my photos on my page so that they will know who made them and in what context."
In contrast the purpose of the pack is try to bring some people to see your work.
I think you have many misunderstanding about how the pack work and the purpose of it. I hope you can understand. In fact, some other photographers have found that they can find some good photographers from the pack. And they Devwatch them....
