Először is min használod?
Ha üveg vagy kő, esetleg kristály, használsz e hozzá vizet.
Mekkora a fordulata, forgás közben üt e a gép, mennyire nyomod rá a gravír fejet a "munkadarabra". :) (Smile)

Hey hey!

No problem, please ask away!

It was a 16 week project at university. I had actually designed and finalised the look prior to this, the 16 weeks was spent purely building it.

It was made from lazer cut and etched clear perspex. 2 weeks were spent putting all the computer based design elements together and getting the cutting process started. Leftovers and cut-outs were then used to make the second clock (also posted here), but heating, bending and glueing it all together.

The decorations and pillars were made from clear cast resin and stuck to the perspex. These items were all sculpted (mainly using chevant), moulded in silicone and cast in batches.

The base was made from MDF with fast cast resin decoration. This was all then primed and painted with a stone textured paint from a DIY store.

There is a link on mt personal page/ message boards to a folder containing a lot of WIP shots, and to my website which hosts a few more too.

Other elements included clear perspex tubes and rods of various sizes, and vacuum formed clear styrene.
