you could make one up, or use an existing one. I think we want to try to keep it to OC's. They just have to really fit into the every day life of working at IS recording label, make a department up, or use one of the few that we have made already. Then you can really blog about what ever. for instance one of mo's characters talks constantly about how he has the best soccer kids ever, even though he has no kids of his own.
