You don't have to but I would really appreciate it, and I'm not sure how else to go about stopping it. I don't actually know how ebay works so I don't even know if the site lets you talk to the sellers? heh.

Heya. Sorry for upsetting you. I just thought i'd check, because I remembered your DA being in English, and most of their site is in French.
There is a way to contact the seller, but i'm not sure if it works without an ebay account.
I just sent them a quick message suggesting they ask for your permission to use your art, and gave them a link to your DA.
They've also just restocked the size i'm watching on ebay. That's a few hundred shirts they've printed. I'd suggest looking into your rights as an artist. It's clearly your image, but you are using copyrighted characters, so i don't know how that works... Sorry.

oh, please don't be sorry haha, you didn't make the shirts (:> I'm glad that you informed me of this.

But they are certainly in the wrong here. While they are copyrighted characters, I drew the fanart for my own enjoyment and didn't intend to make any money off of it. They, on the other hand, are not only making a profit on characters that don't belong to them, but they are also using an image that was not created by them and that they have no right to make a profit off of.

A friend of mine reported them for me and I can only hope that they don't try making money off other peoples' art either!

I almost named Stitches Samson so I named my next rat Samson, and Dink is named after a character in the movie My Dog Skip

Uhh well I start school on Wednesday and I'll be going every Monday-Thursday but only for a few hours a day or less(depending on the day) so really any day is ok, until I get a job then it will get kind of complicated @_@
But you can always stay at my house while I'm gone if you need to!
