From my drawings, and more recently my photographs, it is obvious that I have an interest / fascination with leg braces. I am one of these "sad" (sane and deviated) people who suffers from Abasiophilia. Like most people who "suffer" from Abasiophilia I did not know it existed until I discovered the internet (what a marvellous educational tool that is). I just knew that I was fascinated with leg braces from a very early age, why, no idea, but I did think it was abnormal, until I discovered, via the internet, that a lot of other people "suffered" from the same affliction. So, I think I have finally accepted my "abnormality".The other half of my perversion is bondage, I think some where in my dark and distant past the two fetishes / interests are linked i.e. a desire for immobility (not disability).
I also have a deep respect for the art work of John Willie and whilst I have not tried to copy his style (nor any where near his standard) I hope some of his elegance of simple line drawings comes through.
If anyone has a theme, for a braced women to be involved in, let me know and I will see what I can do.

Got back here just now, first time since December, and really enjoyed the images you've posted since. Your intricate pencil work has a way of capturing even the tiniest nuances of facial expression. Elegant work for such intense themes.

Okay, so a couple of things.
First of all, I'm completely taken with the level of skill your work displays. The poses are beautifully rendered, and the shading and pencil execution are just miles beyond what I'd ever dream of being able to do myself. Congrats.
Second, as you say, the influence of the estimable (if expired) John Willie is all over the place, even if mostly "behind the scenes." No problem. I love his stuff, and I love how it seeps through your work, to greater or lesser degrees.
Third, the braces. Really interesting. True, other artists exist who use the concept, as you clearly are familiar, but none more evocatively than you. Nice, nice, nice....
Finally, the amputee images. It's certainly a fetish one can find out there, especially in anime, and particularly loli anime. I confess to liking some of it. And I like some of your amputee images, too, some more than others. The "Balance" image is really, really provocative.
Hope you'll be providing us with more of your excellent work in the future.

If you look in my scrap book you will see that my drawings have improved over time (well at least I like to think so). Much of this has been through looking at other peoples work on DA (some of which is unbelievable)and also looking at the very good workshops and advice that are freely given on DA.
So my advice is do not be afraid to publish you own drawings and use the workshops that are on DA.
