Okay, about the points issue, I contacted the help desk and they said that you have sent the points to the wrong account?? Basically saying you didn't send them to me, I don't know if it was its an accidendent or idk
Anyway, they said that they reversed your points transfer, so you should have your points back, if you don't then just wait a bit, you can try and send them again!
