Yea, of course! <3 What do you use? It looks like Paint, am I right?
I think using paint makes an artist even more talented. It's so hard to work with and the lines are so messy, that if you draw amazing, smooth art using it - it takes skills!

yes most of my drawings are paint, i got photoshop for my birthday last year and i use that a fair bit now aswell sometimes just for shading but i always sketch in paint

And paint can be very annoying to work with; I would know.
So I'm curious to know why you choose Paint over Photoshop...?

because when i first started drawing i only had paint and i use to be horrible at it but now its my fave program

I can understand that, though I was never good at paint so it was an easy switch for me to Gimp(the program I use now). I like its simplicity, though (:
