Someone else is acting as admin (even though they didn't really ask me first, but whatever) so I'll try to work with them to fix the problem.

Alright be sure to let the members know what changes have been made. And maybe explain any updates to rules. one of your co founders/amins seemed like she wanted to change some things but needed permission first.

The rules are pretty much just the way TRALLT and I wanted them when we started the group together.
Yeah, I didn't really like them changing things like it was their group. Pretty much why I left them to run it so when it fell apart it was their fault.

i think you change the settings some where in the admins area of your group. you can set things like how many picture people can post a week and stuff

I've looked through the entire admin section and nothing is helping me either make a new folder or change the permissions for it.

go to the admin area of your group.
click "manage members"
then click "members"
on the right scrolling window scroll down till you see "on gallery, members" and click "show all folders".
scroll down till you see the folders you wish to edit and set it to "Are subject to vote" (which means an admin has to vote before it gets submitted) or "automatically approved"(which means no one has to worry about voting)
