I actually didn't have ANY idea how to make a nebula before this picture, I simply just spent a shitload of trial and error and amazingly I managed to get it somewhat how I wanted them. It's a very strange weird process but I might make a tutorial once I get the hang of it n stuff:

Now that I am back in US, I feel kind of nostalgic and hopefully this winter I'll be going back to the rest of my family
As for the cops... everyone has to make money somehow. The government isnt paying them, so they pretty much resolve to highway robbery. It might be shocking for you after living here for a while, but there its just a way of life, and everyone is used to it. You get caught, you pay a bit, and life moves on.
So there is my viewpoint on the subject.

I guess it -is- a shock. And they DO have to survive, but like a said they don't have to act sly and all that crap when they DO take money. I know what you mean...I miss Ukraine, but I'm not sure I want to go back because I'm afraid it just -might- spoil what I imagine it to be...to me, of course, Ukraine is just perfect, from what I hear, it's not. Tula...hmm, think I might have. My dad's side it from Russia...so we went there even less than we went to Ukraine (which was once in the past 6 years)
