When you go and look at someones art if you like the work they do you can click watch at the top of the screen and it adds them to a watch list so you can see when they post something new. At the same time they become your friend.

I have not done it so I am not sure. you'll have to look it up. The premium membership lets you do some neat stuff. I was given 3 free months premium membership by a friend on here for my birthday. Still not sure which one of them did it!
