Yes. Are you used to iconography? A lot of them are just pictures taken from somewhere else and with words put onto them. Not even that, sometimes! Some icons are just a cut out piece of a picture.

~bunnygirl , as far as I can see krysti hasn't said "I drew this picture and then I used some nifty photoshop brushes and some funky text" in any of her works.(Okay maybe you've said the photoshop part and the funky text part)
If you like to point out something next time, please be more friendly because acting like a mean person, will never get your point across (nor will it mix well with the staff). So next time you see a ripping and want to report or ask where the artist/e got the picture from, ask polietly go "Did you draw your artwork yourself? Because I seem to recall seeing this on some site some time ago. You wouldn't be the webmaster/mistress by anychance?" not " Hey, you're ripping art! I am so going to report you, you thief!!!" like I said it won't mix well with the staff nor your fellow DA users who may now think of you as some mean, report-happy person.
Or instead of taking it to the user's comment box, why not send a note instead? Those are faster, more reliable way to get your message to another DA user.

What, does iconography count as ripping now? I never thought it did. Actually, I don't think it does, and I don't think she ever claimed to be drawing her own stuff.

do you draw your own stuff? at all??? because i want to know before i report your deviations if you are asking permission to use these pictures (i recognize some of them from various CG artists), and if you are why arent you giving them any credit? i dont want to be mean but artists work very hard on these pictures (the ones that i recognized the most are from Yukirin, a very talented artist), and then you come along and slap on some words and call it your own, and i dont think thats very fair.
