Or both! I use my camera, it's got video. Not too great, but my web cam is never going to work again. You have to cut it into the size you want, then I use gifninja to make mine. It's not great quality mind, but it works. It's really easy, I just spent like an entire hour trying to figure out how to work the damn things. |D
