You need to manually replace every application's .png within the filesystem. For example, in Cydia.app you will find an icon.png, just replace it with your own.

oh hopefully it will b only the week again because vodafone and 02 now have the iPhone here in ireland the ipad isnt arriving here until july though :S dont know why that is

Oh that's good , there are a lot of carrier's here that have the iPhone, but last year the demand in the us put the release of the iphone in australia on halt , alwal, you get that haha. Are you thinking about getting an iPad?
