When you view another person's page, look under where it states how many pageviews they have and stuff like that. There are all these little icons that say stuff like "general" and "scraps". You have to click on the very last icon with the plus sign with the little person where it says "+devWatch". Once you click that, the person will be automatically added to your watch list. I hope that helps even though I'm horribe at explaining. If you have any questions, you can contact me.
