# About me

Two photographers (m/f) from the southern part of germany, focused on the "fainted damsel in distress".

We take inspiration from old movie posters and pulp magazines, mainly from the 30ies to 60ies. In that time one could often see an unconscious heroine pictured there in immediate danger awaiting the rescue by a hero or carried away by a good or bad guy, a vampire or robot or some other ghastly creature. In later years Hollywood almost stopped depicting women in such a helpless way and today this kind of scene has nearly completely disappeared from pop culture. Having watched (and collected) too many of these old movies and mags, we thought it could be interesting to do scenes like that as a photographoc project. Here are some of the results.

Ein tolles Konzept ~ mir gefallen die Szenarios sehr gut und inspirieren mich vielleicht auch mal in dieser Richtung was zu zeichnen wo ich mich sonst eher auf klassischer DiD Ebene bewege bzw. Die Dinge darstellen die danach passieren ;) (Wink) danke für die tollen Bilder und die wunderbaren Models! In diesem Sinne weiter so ~
