I think coloring them would be simple (Since you have already done the cel-shading shadows, you just have to put the colors?)
Or were you planning to color it by painting over the actual drawing?
I am not good with both drawing and painting either.
But I figured out that to reach to the place I want to be, I have to start moving towards it.

If you can look at my art gallery, i have a bunch of drawings in there, can you tell me my mistakes and on what i can improve on?? im really trying to get a career on Media animations 2D and 3D and this would be a start for me if i can get better and show that i got the skills to be one, i would really appreciate it.

I checked some of your drawings and i think you have talent, it's just matter of time and practice that you can improve your lines. You could practice the proportions between the size of the head and the size of the eyes, mouth, nose, etc. I think is the only "mistake" i can see and it's not exactly a mistake because it could be your style, i mean, i don't know what kind of anime do you wanna draw. The only judge for your drawings is you, so don't worry about it. Just try to practice and practice and practice.
If you want some tips for any special part of the body or the face just tell me and i'll be happy to help you.
