That's a good question. :O (Eek) And kind of a fuzzy line, I think. I think one reason I'd definitely not use Chris Sander's art as my icon is because he's an artist on here. If it was just an image of Stitch from the movie I wouldn't see any problem with it though.

I don't see any issue with you using that piece of art I did though because it was made for you. That definitely would give a person rights for avatar usage. Likewise, if Chris Sanders specifically drew something for me (omg, yush please!! *.*), I wouldn't feel silly using it as my avatar. At that point, it's mine to do with as I please as long as I'm not making money off of it. Nod Nod Nod Nod Nod
