It's by a deviantart user named PicturesOfNature, a newer member of this site, and it reminds me A LOT of your artwork of your character Greenstar that I used as a reference image a while back-
It's quite possible they colored over your art. I'm not sure myself if something like this bothers you, so I was careful not to alert them to this if it doesn't. You nonetheless have a right to know. Let me know if you need help for whatever reason.
