You're welcome! At first when I found out about composer slash I was into shonen-ai but I was all... "WUT!? That's soooo wrong! Composers deserve respect!!" Though in my defense, I had found THE deviantart drawing of Liszt with his hand right in Chopin's pants, so I guess that was just a bit too much for me! XD I'm more into the cute, fluffy stuff.. (which is why I loved your story!!) Anyway, with time and music classes I've really fallen in love with Chopin, and well he and Liszt are pretty much THE perfect yaoi couple in music! (much better than Mozart and Salieri.. hehe) XD
I'm gonna read more of your stories when I have time! And hopefully, draw more C/L goodness, too!! ^^

Yeah, that was pretty much my reaction as well. XD
Mozart and Salieri? I've been there. Ah, the infamous picture. Isn't it always the introduction? It was to me. Actually, I came to a community called composerslash on LiveJournal, and that's what got me into it.
I wish I was a junior so I could take music theory. But I've been playing violin since I was four, so I was first exposed to Liszt, and then after befriending a very talented pianist, I loved Chopin even more than before. They are the perfect music couple! ^-^, actually, until I was in the sixth grade, I didn't know Liszt's first name, and I always thought he was a girl.
Awesome! I hope you like them!

Ahh you're a violinist! that's so cool! I play the violin too, I went to a music school so I started violin and piano at 6, I stopped later to study science, and then I came back to them because well, I just love both and music so much. ^-^ So now I'm taking music classes, with violin as my first instrument and piano as my second. I just bought an amazing violin last summer, I love it, it's timbre is sooo beautiful!
So wait... what do you study exactly, to have biology classes and orchestra!?

I go to public high school. TT_TT so I can take bio and orchestra. America Fails, and also, where I live, they haven't a conservatories or specialty schools within commuting distance, otherwise I'd go those places.
When I go to college, I'm SO majoring in violin!
I can play piano by ear, I just can't read the music.
I love my violin. It was made in Italy, and the date says 1876. Do you name your violin? Everyone I've met along the way has named theirs. I change mine yearly. Right now it's name is Antonio Rossi. The name of the maker is worn off. I can't make it out. It's not one of the famous ones, though. It starts with an R.

Oh yeah, I forgot, how much is worth your violin!? It must be quite expensive, since it's over a hundred years old! ^^ (That is so cool, btw!)

I'm going to take it to the only luthier in the area(it's a two hour trip) to get it priced next Sunday. It's loaned actually. It was given to me by my grandfather in his will. It won't officially be mine until I come of age. TT_TT Apparently it's been passed down for a while. (lol, thanks. I'll post a picture of it sooner or later once my camera gets fixed D It's got stickers on the ebony for my harmonics. TT_TT (but they wear off with NO DAMAGE to the ebony!!)

Ahh, I see! Congrats for your 2nd place btw! ^^
Yeah, my violin is german-made, it's a copy of a Strad, so it says 1727 in it, but the luthier I bought it from said it's actually around 50 years old. I named him Siegfried, everybody thinks it's because of the Wagner opera and/or german legend hero, but it's actually from the sexy character in Soul Calibur, muahaha! XD I don't know why he's a guy, but I guess I wouldn't be that smitten and share such a passionate relationship with a woman... oh well! Most people I know think their instruments are of the opposite sex, so I guess it's normal..
I also named my dad's piano Frédéric-François! He didn't really seem to care actually.. I play a lot of Chopin on that piano(or at least, try to, aww!) so I guess it's the most fitting name! ^^

Soul Calibur =
The violin is said to be a feminine instrument. Men usually treat their instruments as their partners. (I've never met a serious violinist with a girlfriend ) If women name their violins with female names, they represent an extension of themselves, if they name them male names, then they are treated as a partner.
Thanks so much! I get a little medal and trophy with music notes and a flaming cup and Niccolo Paganini's initials on it!
My piano's name is Maurice. After Maurice Ravel! (I can't play Ravel, but I love his piano works!) With practice, my friend, comes success and Paganini medals. My parents don't force me to practice. I force myself to practice for hours on end.
