I see, I think your english is quite good though
I am not too good with english either, chinese is my native language, I grew up learning both and being good at none XD
I live in Calgary in the province of Alberta. It's a big city, not much interesting sights, just like any big Canadian cities. The smaller towns like Banff are more attractive to tourists, closer to the mountains and wildlife.

Don't you know russian too? Well, knowing two languages can be good or bad, I end up not being good at either, speaking half chinese half english at home - using one language's vocab to substitute for the other if I can't think of the word XD

I'm working now, need to go back to China this year so need loooots of money
Also want to save up enough to go back to school this fall orz

Yeah, you're right, it's hard x_X I can't even imagine what's your 'head-language', because both are native to some extent.
I think chinese is kinda difficult T_T I tried to study it xD gave up after the first lesson, because they said "Forget your english, chinese is rather different"
I'm good at russian, but that's all xD I know english, but it takes a long time for me to formulate sentences, cause I'm always worried about grammar x)

Wow is your work interesting?
I've just finished the first semester of the first course at the university xD and I also need a lot of money But I'm not allowed to work while studying my mother is against. So I spend my free time dawdling x) I'm afraid of getting used to it x_X

Yep, definitely forget english when you're learning chinese There's no such thing as pronouncing with letters cause every word is written differently like a picture.

You can fool anyone, your english is very good ^_^

I do customer service through phone, it's hell
You stare at the computer screen with your ears plugged for 7hrs. My company is strict and won't allow internet access or even solitaire. Sometimes you'll get people taking it out on you and even threats I stay only because the pay is good...

Wow, your mother is against it...I think you should enjoy your free time as much as possible, when you get to work, it's pretty stressful.

OMG... I feel sorry for your nerves X_X I wonder, what you are doing when you're somewhat free. Are you allowed at least to sketch smth on the paper? Anyway, health is the most important thing. And mental health as well x)

She tells me the same thing over and over again I think I should find a distance job at least.. e.g. translating texts and so on x) I study at foreign languages faculty (English/German languages) of our state pedagogic university. My parents wanted me to enter the law faculty, but it's so booring for me xD I'd rather be a teacher. Anyway, I love learning languages ^^
I had a dream to be a musician, but I think it's impossible now in our country being just a musician or just an artist means starvation X_X What a pity.

It's mentally stressful, my parents don't seem to understand I much rather do hands on stuff, seriously I'm not good at dealing with people Too bad it's kind of hard to mess around when my supervisor's desk is right behind mines

Teaching sounds interesting, especially when you get to travel around teaching languages. Law is hard lol, you made a good choice - if it's not something you're interested into doing you won't do as good in it.

I always wanted to be an artist, but sadly it's true most won't earn enough to live majoring in the arts...still I think it's possible to do a little more with it on the side, for example my cousin in China wanted to be a musician too but his parents were against it, education and career wise. Now he has a regular merchandising job and doing music on the computer in his spare time, just a while ago one of his composition was picked up to be published as a song on CD. With the internet now, it's possible to advertise yourself. You won't earn a lot but you can get some commission doing art or music :3
