So, after a ridiculous hiatus from this lovely website I just got around to going through my backlog of messages.. Imagine my surprise when I realise that one of the people I have been watching is studying at the same university as me.
What might you be studying? Are you at the Clayton campus?

Arts.. I am a lowly first year. Currently taking: Literature Culture and Society 2, Performance in Context 2, Music Theory and Ear Training 2, and Introduction to Management.

Ah, I did a literature subject last semester... a book a week was a little unrealistic for my level of procrastination. Are you enjoying Uni? I'm technically a first year as well, but I did a year at Berwick last year which didn't count towards my degree. Is Ear Training interesting? Sounds bizarre, do they just teach you to listen to a music piece and hear the different notes/instruments, and do they also teach you to tune by ear? That would be interesting, but I imagine hard!

We've looked at singing and recognising intervals and chords, there's a bit of transcription of music involved, and a little bit of composition involved with the theory side of things.
I'm starting to realise that my procrastination is catching up with me. I can't wait until exams are done.
