On your comments, you pointed out clearly that you can't draw chibis. Well, I'm willing to help you anyway I can if that suits with you. Yes? Good, now to the tips.
First of all, chibis head tend to be big. Very big. Compared to the body, they should be as big as the rest of the body. But it's not a rule. I, for example, am not using too big heads, so smaller heads do just fine.
Then there are the eyes. Most chibis have very large eyes, but I recommend not too big as it can spoil the cuteness and stuff. You should try out and see which suits best.
Then the third part. Chibis legs and hands tend to be short and resemble something like babys, with the fingers included.
AAArgh! I'm no good in explaining things, especially in english. So I suggest that you should look at this site for chibimodels. It's great site and has many other handy things, so why not to look throught it?
