hmm .. u want details?! anyway ill try to put it in hint and tips mode, first get ur lines cleaned! use the pen tool, it has the best results of all, then make layers for the base colors and color them, add other layers for darker colors (shades and so) and color+ smudge, also add layers for high lighting some areas (use white color for highliights and then change opacity or layer mode) .. is that clear enough man ?!
