I'm getting there I guess. I mean they keep adjusting my medicine and so its all kind of up in the air right now. I'm going to therapy too, but working through 18 years of issues that were never fully dealt with isn't easy. Not at all. But the important thing is that I am getting help and I am trying to move forward. How are you doing?

Ugh, I know how that feels. Horrible time. I hope that they find the right combo soon! Things start to look up a bit after that. I'm so proud of you though! A lot of people stop therapy because they don't want to work through things because it's so painful. You're wonderful m'dear. <3
