The rules say that you are allowed to use any and all images as avatars aslong as,if it isn't created by you,the images used is not actually submitted here,on DA.And this pic isn't.It's on an image hosting site similar to Photobucket.So,there's nothing wrong with me having this pic as an avatar .

PS:Plus,ever since I joined this site,I've reported hundreds of stolen images and other violations.The admins know what I use for my avatar.And trust me,deviantART is REALLY strict when it comes to copyrights issues and art theft.So,they would've removed it if they thought it's wrong .

Actually,I kinda doubt that the admins will ban you because of only five or six screenshots.If they get reported,the admins will most likely just delete them from your gallery.However,the risk still exists.

hmm I think I should leave them up til I get reported not to be a douche but it's just my friends like stuff like that but our yahoos never agree and photobucket gave me waay too many trojans and so I figured this is a safe zone

Well,it's your call.I can't force you to delete them.But you could get suspended or even banned if you get reported for art theft .I know because A LOT of people have been banned in the past thanks to me reporting their violating images.And I really hate seeing people get banned just because they didn't take the time to read a few simple rules.

I just miss how on youtube and DA if you give credit then it was alright cause then you arent back stabbing someone but now it's just getting harder to hey this is cool but it's not on DA/youtube and so my friend can see it since he live a distant away; in the end I keep forgetting rules and laws change
