Sure, what you do is, press the "Friends" button at the top, on the right hand side, then press 'Manage Friends on the little thing that shows up, then type the username of the person who you want to be friends with, on the right hand side.

Instead of commenting on all of your newest deviations, I thought I'd comment here
I'm really liking the Tekken wallpapers, having the obvious things like the character and the games logo on there is good but you've matched a background color to them, then added that little outlined picture that really finished it off.
Also, the repeated outline behind the female one looks really cool

Was trying to do Asuka Kazama.
I also want to give Heihachi Mishima.

For Heihachi Mishima I'd say red. Cause his waist tie is red (given you're doing that version).
With Asuka Kazama that also depends on the version you're doing, but in the pictures i see she's wearing a lot of blues. Take a color drop from her outfit and play with it till you get a color that looks alright for a background color.

Yeah I might go with some form of red for Heihachi, I like that outfit.
And with Asuka, I was going for a blue-ish, but couldn't find the right one, I'll have a better look tomorrow.
