Its a great movie where panguan digs up Dracula's corpse and Dracula starts a "killing spree", turning people into vampires. Batman saves the day. Good enough summary for you?

Netflix. It is funny and very disturbing. The Joker gets dragged into a coffin, screaming cause this vampire is killing him. Next you see him at a blood bank, drinking the blook raining down in him. Its gross.
