Heehee! I wanted to thank you for all your comments!! I'm so honored you've taken such an interest with my characters! But yes! Rain's hair had pretty much always been that long. He let it grow out as a child, and never cut it. (It serves as a symbolic form of Protection; it forms a curtain, just another layer between him and the rest of the world.) As for split ends...*giggles* Occasionally? Magic is rather handy, doncha know.
