I took a bunch of empty bases and am filling them in actually. It still is a long process. You said you were drawing characters... which ones?

Cool, cool. I'm working on Kabuto from Naruto, Ocelot from Metal Gear Solid 3, and going to try to draw Tidus sometime soon xD lol

O_O totally. Auron is badass. And I have to admit, I really am liking your stories/fanfics so far. The fanfics are all pretty original, and the writing style is awesome xD

Thank you <3 I try not to use more than I have to for fan fictions, 'cause I hate having fan characters. I'm gonna be writing one for FFXII and .Hack too.

You're welcome Makes sense Once those two are out, I'll definitely have to check them out. A FFXII fanfic is pretty rare to see, and I'm sure I'll love it!

I don't care what people say, but FFXII was a good game. I loved it, and I'm still trying to do everything in it. I have two more hunts to go, and a few more side quests, and that should do it. I love games that are jam packed with stuff to do as well, since you wont be done with them so quickly.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-01 03:05:12 +0000 UTC]

I completely agree FFXII was an amazing game! Woah O_O you've done a lot more on the game than I have. I've done some of the side quests, but have mainly just been trying to get the strongest weapons in the game. And that is completely true! Games filled with things to do, along with the main story are always awesome~! Plus, Basch reminded me in a way of Auron

luveruvanime In reply to allelujah121123 [2011-06-01 04:02:13 +0000 UTC]

I've had the game since it came out years ago. And I've got mostly optional bosses left side quest wise. Zodiark and Omega Mark XII I believe. And I gave up on the weapons, I'm happy with the ones I have, and most of the specialty ones come from the bazaar where the items are hard to get. My favorite weapon right now is the ragnarok... so awesome

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-01 04:56:51 +0000 UTC]

Those bosses are really far O_O The last one I took on was Gilgamesh. Makes sense The specialty ones really have almost no differences attack wise from the weapons in the rare places. Yeah, you told me the other day about Ragnarok... and it sounded really awesome I'll have to check out how to get it xD sorry if I ask later about how to get it lol

I remember fighting hell wyrm, and that battle took three and a half hours. I almost don't want to attempt the others since they will take even longer. I need to find a time where I've got plenty hours to spare first. But he wasn't all that hard, things only got difficult if he killed somebody and the reviver person didn't get right on that. And I don't even remember how I found ragnarok Sorry. I'm sure the internet has it all over the place.

I can't believe you beat Hell Wyrm O_O That is amazing! Makes sense... I hate it when they target the main healers xD makes the battle all that much harder. Its fine, don't worry. The internet does have it all over xD

Three and a half hours *clinches fist* I'm so glad I beat it on my first try, or I would have broken something. But preparing lots really helps in those battles, and gambits, where would I be without you?

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-02 02:08:54 +0000 UTC]

luveruvanime In reply to allelujah121123 [2011-06-02 02:50:22 +0000 UTC]

Unfourtunately, they take the doing out of the game for some people. Because you cant get through the game without them. And Quickenings, those things are hella awesome once you learn how to use them proporly.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-02 04:15:50 +0000 UTC]

Thats not fair >.> I rather liked gambits. They made some of the harder parts of the game easier, and it would have taken longer if you had to go to the menu to decide "cure" instead of the character already knowing they should cast it... xD It saves time and some headache. YES!! Quickenings are freaking awesome! In FFXII, they made the quickenings look and attack so awesomely. and even the cutscenes used to summon them looked badass! You're right though, if you learn how to use them right, they can be almost more effective than the characters at points!

People just don't give the game enough credit, and Square Enix really put some thought into it. I don't think any other game had gotten as much attention, and then people go around hating it. You know, I had to teach some of my friends who played the game the importance of gambits and quickenings, which was really sad, 'cause one is much better at most games than I am. And I expected more from the other

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-02 05:17:27 +0000 UTC]

I completely agree. Square Enix worked really hard on the story, the gameplay, the cut scenes, the music... I could go on and on. You're right though, I don't think XII got any where near as much attention as the other games... I was amazed that G4 rated it 5 stars, and still people hate it. >.> Thats awesome So far, it seems like you're way better at the games than I am I still have some trouble with creatures at parts.. lol

Plus, on top of all the in game details. The game had new magics never used in a final fantasy, they had a bunch of weapons, some I had never even heard of, more side quests I believe than any other game, more hidden bosses (Unless you count the international version of X with the dark aeons) and I loved he battle system, it was creative. It made it seem way different and more independant than the other games. And I've heard that the rating went down due to bad reviews from players, which sucks, because it deserved that 5. And I am only really good at RPG's, other games depend

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-02 21:58:55 +0000 UTC]

I know! The magic, weapons, side quests, hidden bosses... Were all awesome add ons that none of the other games had. I thought it was all blended very well together. And the battle system was really good, creative, and many other words. Very impressive, compared to what I've seen in other RPG's. Its like it could hold its own ground against other RPG's...
Thats not fair.. It really was an excellent RPG, and a well made story with great gameplay... How could players turn it down? It was a rather unique game for the series, and I thought it was a great way to make a game play out. That makes sense xD cause RPG's, you seem amazing at xD what other kinds of games do you play?

I hate VII, that game was long. And it wasn't perfect. And there were too many things to follow, like all of the prequels and sequels and whatever you call the in between -euls. And it's doubtful that it will ever get better until somebody invents a machine that changes the way people think.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-03 02:38:09 +0000 UTC]

I know -_- Everyone made a big deal out of the game, so I bought it. for $40. It was way too long. and then they say "to understand the story, you need to get Crisis Core, get the anime, get the PS2 sequel, get the movie"... Way too many things to follow. Advent Children was actually kinda cool, I liked how it looked xD Thank god they didn't make a million sequels to X, or any of the others. Though They are making 3 sequels to XIII... lol. I can agree with you there. For that to happen, it will take forever for a machine like that to be made xD it would be interesting to see though

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

I borrowed the game 'cause I wasn't spending money on it. And Advent children was pretty cool, the graphics rocked. But all the other stuff is just too much. And even X had a sequel, but that game was just to settle the people, because Tidus kind of dissappeared and apparently they weren't okay with that. And I hate how people bitch and moan when games kill off characters. It happens. You may not be happy about it, but it's not your story

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-03 03:54:53 +0000 UTC]

Lucky xD I couldn't find anyone to borrow the game from. True, Advent Children was cool, and I was not disappointed with it one bit. X's sequel's story was actually alright. The part that I didn't like about it is that you needed a 100% ending to see Tidus come back to Yuna xD I'm in agreement with you that I hate how people always whine about when a character dies.. I bet VII wouldn't have even been as popular if Aerith hadn't died.... but yeah, a lot of stories wouldn't quite be the stories if a character hadn't have been killed off. sorry, I keep rambling

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

luveruvanime In reply to allelujah121123 [2011-06-03 14:20:19 +0000 UTC]

I borrowed the disks from Zach as he finished them, he always gets rid of the games as he finishes them anyway. And yeah, X's sequel wasn't that bad. I have it and have urges to play it sometimes. Though I can't tell you how much I hate Yuna, escpecially in X-2. She sounds really stupid in that game. And I like how the sequel added all those new characters. It was enough to carry on a new story line without reflecting so much on the old one. And they completely changed the mechanics of that game, which made it seem more on it's own. And the 100% thing was annoying. It took me like 4 or 5 times beating it, while following a strategy guide to get all the completion points. Just... screw VII, your fans confuse me. Don't worry about rambling, I like talking to people about games, who know about them. Try talking to people who don't know anything, that conversation won't last long.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-03 15:18:11 +0000 UTC]

Nice xD I have the same pulse sometimes. Yeah, Yuna was really annoying in both games... and I kinda wondered how she made the change from how she was in X to X-2... or how she forgot Tidus so easily... But that is true though, that the new characters and change to the gameplay made it more unique to the story and game, instead of reusing X's gameplay mechanics xD X-2 is almost like a game they trick you into replaying, so we can see Tidus again. The 100% ending was kinda cute in the end though I highly agree with your statement about VII though Too true in the end. Thank you xD I know, its annoying to talk to people that know nothing about video games, but act like they do. You don't know how many of those were at Kumoricon last year xD but its good to finally get into a conversation with someone who actually understands the games a bit more.

The other characters were cool. And Paine was pretty hot XD. But yeah, if they are going to make a sequel, it should be a good one, or not so much like the original game. The ending of X-2 was kid of cute, but both Tidus and Yuna are retards, so its like stupidly cute. But I was pretty satisfied with Tidus dissappearing anyway. Oh Kumoricon nerds, if your going to go to a con, know what the hell your talking about

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-03 19:37:41 +0000 UTC]

Agreed xD Paine was pretty hot. Completely agreed, if they're going to make a sequel, don't do it about something stupid that stupid fans want, but make a hidden meaning or agenda that real fans will love that's completely true xD it was stupidly cute. Yeah, at least they didn't keep it to where they had a kissy scene or something xD That would have been kind of a cheesy ending. You're right about that. People there seemed to love everything about the games, and -quels xD and knew too much about VII, and not enough about ANY of the other games xD and a few pretended to know X and VIII perfectly well. Ah, too true

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

luveruvanime In reply to allelujah121123 [2011-06-04 02:17:29 +0000 UTC]

Sequels will never be good if game makers follow fans advice. They don't know what they're talking about. And most of them aren't professionals, so they have no idea. And for X-2, the whole game was kind of dumb, but at least it was kind of comedical. The endings were kind of stupidly dumb. And what the hell is with Wakka and Lulu having a baby? I hate those people who think they know everything. I read the wiki page on FFX all the time, I don't think they do. And they go off on tangents that are completely incorrect, and when you try to correct them, they freak out. Its like WTF?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

allelujah121123 In reply to luveruvanime [2011-06-04 04:01:09 +0000 UTC]

That is too true. Most fans don't know what they're talking about. Its good when they do listen to the professional fans though (such as you) because then at least they have the potential to develop a truly amazing story Indeed, X-2 was kind of dumb, but it did have some comedy in there. The endings were stupidly dumb xD Wakka and Lulu's baby looked like a pale Wakka. I'm sure thats the kid they'll want to play Blitzball xD I hate those kids as well who think they know everything >.> Its not fair when you're actually right, and spend time mastering the game, when they only spent five minutes on it and pretend like they know everything. You're completely right there! Again, it'd be better if they listened to true fans >.> which I hope someday they will

I think it would be fun to write up a plot line for a sequel sometime, even if it never goes anywhere, because it has to be better than what the fans want. And fans sometimes push sequels out of gamemakers for games that really shouldn't have sequels. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but they're out there. And know it all douchebags can suck it, because nobody loves them, because they are know it all douchebags.

There is definitely sequels like that out there, I can't name any right now either, probably because there is too many to name. xD That sentence about know it all's is funny, and far too true. lol

I've played the first .hack// games with Kite, and tryed out .hack//G.U. (Haseo is so awesome as the Terror of Death), I like Xenosaga, and a pretty big Metal Gear Solid fan... Yeah, there are some FF I haven't played yet, but most of them are on the like list. I forgot to include III and IV, the DS remakes and the original games were all pretty cool. I was obsessed with AC for some time too, but I'm glad that has passed, the games were fun but because of that, I'm bother by the missing trophies for II. I had only ten or so left and then I had to give it back. I have the first Xenosaga too, I just haven't played it due to a lack of available time. And then it stopped working. My brother was able to get it working once I think, but he didn't get very far. He's not very good at those kind of games... or very many other kinds of games.

Nice, Nice If you want to borrow some, I own the majority of them xD IV was amazing! It was a truly gripping story, great gameplay, and Cecil's redemption in the story was cool too! Yeah xD I never got all the trophies either in ACII, and there were too much damn feathers with no map telling you where they were >.> Xenosaga is a really good game just a bit too much cutscenes, and characters kinda just die regularly xD Once again, I own all 3 Xenosaga's if you want to borrow them sometime xD I'm sure. He seemed pretty good at Portal, but what you say makes sense My brothers are actually pretty good at games in contrast to that... at some games better than me xD

If I could borrow IX from you, if you have it, that would be really cool. That one is the only game I like from the PS games. And I played it with Zach, who took the controller from me constantly to show me things... I'm used to cutscene games, I play Final Fantasy, X was the worst with long scenes and no skipping feature. And yeah, my brother is better at a few games, but they're all stupid games that I don't care about.

He tends to do that with quite a few games xD I know, the cutscenes are a main reason I play the games, mainly because they're a great way to tell the story. That was an annoying part of X, especially when you replay it xD makes sense.

Yay I hope you don't mind not getting it back for a while though, with sharing the TV and whats left of school, I have little time for games. And what I love about Final Fantasy is that whatever system the game is for, they dominate the world of CG. No doubt the best graphics for the system. I was shocked with X and the CG's for sure, same with XII. And even the original Playstation, those games had nice cutscene graphics. And X's gameplay could have been improved with a skip button, especially for those who have played more than once, and know what happens. Or like me, who practically knows the whole script.
