Eraklis Petmezas graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design witha BFA in Illustration. In the years to follow he created art for numerous musical acts and quite a number of editorial illustrations, storyboards, window displays and many pages of comic art. He's had work published by Image comics, Arcana, and Asylum Press. His first love will always be telling stories. He is working on new comics as you read this. In 2006 he started Sketch Charlotte, a weekly meeting of artists, musicians, designers and writers in the Charlotte area. That same year he joined 803 Studios; an art collective out of South Carolina. When he’s not drawing he conducts a Comics Camp for the Imaginon Library. He will gladly accept money in exchange for art, if you are willing to part with some.Writers: John Irving, Woody Allen, Lemony Snicket, Clive Barker, John Lennon, John Steinbeck.

I'd love to see more of your work. Have you thought about putting up some of the old comics you've drawn? I loved your stuff back in the day. Have a lot of the Trident stuff still within reach so I can look at it. Really inspiring stuff. Love all the work you have up here. Your colors are spot on. Take care.

I'll stick up some more stuff soon enough... I haven't really thought about putting older stuff up here for a couple of reasons. For on, I don't think it's that interesting and it's not representative of what I'm doing now.
OK, I might get better feedback if I posted more traditional artwork but I'm alot more excited about what I'm doing now with a flat silouette kinda thing going on. I've not got a name for this style yet I'm afraid. And people seem to be a bit baffled by it but I'll persevere. Someone, somewhere is going to really like it...

I can totally understand. I'm not fond of a lot of my old stuff and wouldn't want people confused by my newer style. I really dig your new work. I think there is a lot of mood to it. Good luck with it all. If there is anything I can ever do let me know.
