cold chicken war:

diplomatic disagreements between the U.S. and Russia over the latter's ban on U.S. exported poultry on accounts that the chicken was costing Russia too much in health concerns

but really...they were just pissed coz U.S. was increasing tariffs on foreign steel....and maybe more?
