Hey! I'm Mangaka Shapen. I am a traceur and an artist, which gets interesting at times, lol. I speak English, Spanish, and Japanese.Art Interests
I like manga, traditional painting, and digital art. I love to get into debates about my artistic fields. As you can infer from my gallery, I try to mix all three of my interests. I occasionally get commissioned to do concept art for a manga or book by one of my friends, but not very often. I HATE ABSTRACT ART. IT'S COMPLETELY POINTLESS.
Hobbies
I like to skateboard, practice parkour, and draw. I am also a Redstone master at Minecraft, as is my friend . Check out Planet Minecraft for some of my Redstone-Powered Adventure maps!
I practice parkour with a group of traceurs, and our camera guy makes us look much better than we are. I HAVE YET TO LEARN HOW TO FLIP. DON'T JUDGE ME.
I also like to play D&D or Pathfinder RPG. If you don't know what that is, YOU HAVEN'T LIVED YET. I am continually modding Pathfinder with rulesets that I write and post here.
I love to play piano as well. There's nothing of mine up, but check out ! She plays the best piano music I've ever heard. Her sheet music is available on her website.
I am a huge videogame nerd. Don't question it! (Legend of Zelda and Minecraft are my vices...)
I draw manga and landscapes. I can learn other art styles, but I prefer traditional painting and manga.
In the digital art field, I do painting with ArtRage and I do models with Platinum Arts Sandbox or Google Sketchup. I also do short animations with a DSi app called Flipnotes.
