Busy. I've got three stores going on Etsy: [link] [graphic design], [link] [supplies], and [link] [my label]. JD is empty because everything is in a brick and mortar right now. When I make something new, I'll list it there. I'm thinking about just doing embroidery designs online and blog about my crafts. I don't know, there's got to be something I'm missing, because my stuff is amazing. I'll just keep at it this time. I usually give up after 4 or 5 months never knowing what I did wrong [or right for that matter]. We'll see. I'm really trying to dedicate my time to my blog right now, cause the shops have me grinding my teeth. I'm off to make something right now, creative bug bit me. How are you?

i am awesome, last night was the 10th anniversary Vision Banquet for CCF; fan-freakin-tastic!! so many people brought works, people you never knew could do art or make the things they made. it was just an amazing night all around. and im on a new kick with my art, with the faceless people. the one i submitted to the "gallery" (as you could call it) was the first large one i did with color that's not sharpies ;]] im joyful!

Hmm. Well, at least they're doing something other than shopping at walmart and eating mcdonalds. You're the only one I've stayed in contact with from the church. Jim deleted me from his facebook and nobody else has tried to contact me in the year I've been gone. No one even seems concerned, considering my mom doesn't get any inquiries about me either. I was tired of the ignorance and hypocrisy when I left and I still am. Just admit that you might not know ALL the answers and let's be honest with each other. I don't think it's too much to ask.

Sorry, I've had a heavy week. A friend died saturday night. We were at a show together and he didn't make it home. He was the sweetest person.

Your dancers are beautiful. I really like the no face. It's a great touch. I'm kinda weird about faces and tend to gravitate towards no face art. I used to draw like that when I was a kid; I didn't like to put faces on things. I tend to draw other things now that don't require faces. I like that your girls show their emotion in their posture. I think that's what makes them so personal.

Have you checked out my blog yet? I post a lot of my projects on there instead of deviantart. Their TOS state that they own the images you submit and are allowed to do what they want with them. Can you imagine if they started selling them and not reimbursing you? Eh, that's a long shot, but with the state of big corporation today... I'm not gonna put it past 'em.

first off, thats really sad about your friend, and im really sorry. ;[ i hope you and his family and friends are doing alright (as much as can be expected..).

i've never heard anyone preach in this church that they know all the answers; i was younger back then tho, i could have missed something. all i know is that these days we're about loving and living without doubt, not putting down or judging. its not my job to make anyone perfect, even myself, cuz Jesus did already. lots of people have gone, and a few have come back; even i dont recognize half the people anymore, theres a lot of new faces and comers-and-goers. but what is there to do about it; its never been anyones job to save anyone else, but people try lol.
i just know i'm called to love, which is the hardest thing in the world, because i also hate ignorance and hypocrisy and the religiousness of modern "christianity." ..thats where i'm at lol.

for one i cant do faces well; once i get into detail i just keep going lol and its ruined. and i think you're right about the posture and how it makes it personal. i also think that when there is something lacking identity, people tend to place their own there, which makes it even easier to convey what i want to the veiwer without giving the image a personality of its own, and also allowing a huge margin for interpretation. its fun haha.

i dont know about dA politics, but this is where all my art is for now, and i dont have the time (or patience) to sit and move it yet
this turned out a lot longer than i thought ha! hope you're well, and always better ;]
