Your drawings are great you have a good grasp of the male form you just need more time to work on them that is all. Also don't worry about using other works of art to draw from if you don't have a model it is the next best thing. Even Micholangelo tried to immitate Greek Sculpture.

Blimy your granddads funeral sounds a bit heavy.

When we buried my mum a few years ago we got the wrong casette in the machine and the coffin went down the aisle to Colenel Hashti's March form the Jungle Book!

That broke the ice actually as our family always celebrate the person's life rather than mourne their death - it turned out to be one of the jolliest funerals our family have had!
