well, hey I havent been on DA in awhile, and actually, its a very nice feeling to be back, I kind of feel like you once did when I met you. You had taken these pictures, that I thought were really cool, and you had said that you werent really into that anymore and you dont know who that person was. I come into my old DA page here, from the outside looking in, seeing who I once was a couple of years ago. It's very interesting, I don't know that person anymore, But I do want part of him back, the part that was good at photoshop, heh, and more digitall/visually creative. When I hear about something like that, it doesnt make me feel good, I just bought some webspace, and am glad I have a secondary place to upload my stuff. Obviously you are a terrible artist, because if you were any good you would know that going outside "the norm" is the only way art is ever going to progress and change. If there are a group of us who like tearing apart baby dolls as our means of art, it is fine. And yes, I did feel as you were attacking me, just as you attack other people who can take a better picture than you. Constructive criticism is welcome on deviant art, not trashing other people's work. You should really stop and take a good look at what you say to other people. If It is just hurtful to the artist, don't say it. What you say to me (AND other people) IS just hurtful. Not criticism in any shape or form. Notice I didn't come back and talk to the other people who left me comments saying they didn't like my work. That's because they didn't say it wasn't art. They actually left comments worth accepting. They left me comments that will help me grow as an artist. You were the only one to tell me what I did wasn't art. It may not be art to you, but it IS art to a whole hell of a lot of people. There will be many of these people in your career in art, but you just have to turn the other way when they try to block you from happiness. Just paint, draw, photograph, sculpt, and create anything you want. If others like it, that's good, but what really matters is if you are happy with it. Never ever listen to those one or two people who are like masonice who just say how terrible your skills are. Go ahead and dream, hope, and create.... Just never ever let people get to you.

If you went to college than you should be putting out better shit than this. Dude, I may not be good at all but I have no schooling. well everyone has theyre own opinon, I post what im doing at the moment, sometimes its art(photoshop) and sometimes its photography, usually of my girlfriend. She is pretty and although there are a few pictures i feel it adds to my overall environment here at DA, Due to the recent flood of people commenting on my comments about theyre auto generated peices of crap, I will be posting an entire explanation that should set alot of things straight and traffic future peice of crap creators. This will be in my Daily Journal Section so please stay tuned within the next few days and next week. thx

Glad to see I'm not the only one to question your ability to critique others' work. 'auto generated piece of crap' doesn't tell me much. If you're going to take the time to comment on others' work, at least show them enough respect to compile a well thought-out and detailed opinion of what it is you like or don't like. As for your work, most of it comes across as a personal photo album... The Jedi image is somewhat creative, and does appear to have taken some time - I'm not sure I like the text in the lower section of the image. It detracts from the overall composition, in my mind.
Anyway - while I welcome all criticism, both good and bad, I don't feel you are qualified to judge anyone else's work at this point. Keep trying, I would suggest working more on your own artistic skills before attempting to offer your thoughts on others' work.

well there wasn't much editing.. you can get the streakiness using longer exposures on your camera (if you have manual settings) .. then i did contrast and sharpening in photoshop.. soo.. there it is
