thats not a big deal to edit any design or what ever the thing is.The graphic software  you use dozent matter but the way of
thinking how you utilize on that with you art skills.like


you made some drawing with your hand fill it with colors or make borders with glace paper.take. or any kind of creative paper take a snap shot download it in your computer.
then edit it with any graphic software that you are expert off...

Then You will see you will edit more beater than me

Definately   by saying this you would get creative skills.
