I cant really tell if I am an artistic person cuz I cant draw well, I am a noob/phailure when it comes to digital arts (like Photoshop @__@) and my photography skills is still at its infancy T^TI supposed the closest thing I do to being artistic would be the rough sketches I make b4 I embark on my cosplay projects, my cosplay projects itself (be it sewing, making accessories and prop-making) and makeup LOL (Is makeup considered an art form? LOL)
So i think most of the stuffs I post up here would be cosplay-related and not my graphic-related stuffs cuz I am such a phailure at that >.<
On a sidenote, I am known as Riko in Comic Fiesta forum :)

Sigh, if it's busy with cosplay it would be great but to be inundated with work, it's pretty depressing..
Sometimes I do wonder, how do those cosplayers manage to churn out new costumes month after month and go for photoshoots nearly each month?
I know from my own personal experience that I cant manage to do that, not when you have to juggle work and other commitments in real life @_@

Well, from what I learn it's all about cheap resources. For plain stuffs, go to cloth bundle shops. Can get as low as rm5 per piece. 
Base costumes done from there. You can save lots. I wonder if your area have bundle shops. If got then I suggest you to visit once in a while.
Well, good thing you're working. I've been jobless for more than a month. You're right when it comes to juggle all the commitments. It is tiring and testing us all the time. That's the reason why I recycle most of my costumes and only do one or two new costumes for CF. Rarely two lol.

I know of some bundle shops near my place...I should give it a try next time I hunt for costume materials
Sigh, I feel as though I wanna throw in the towel now...The stupid renovation at my workplace forced my branch to shut down and I had to shift to another branch, which resulted in the unhappiness of the other branch's staffs...To make it worse, the shifting out notice was given to me in 3 days' time...I so pening kepala to shift everything out within 3 days @_@ You know when you menumpang rumah orang, it's never a nice thing...
I am trying hard to keep things in perspective...I hope an upcoming shoot can alleviate some work-related blues

It was a struggle to portray Oosaki Nana cuz I m more of a Hachi person than Nana, cosplay-wise LOL...It seems strange though that no matter how emo I am inside, I cant bring it out in cosplay LOL

I haven't tried cosplaying an emo character before. I must say I might afraid that I can't bring the emoness out for the character. Hahaha!

Haha, Hachi is among the very few cosplays where I dont even need to "act" the part LOL
For Oosaki Nana, I ended up laughing at the team's jokes more than being emo whereas for the Firo shoot, I was struggling with the stifling heat @__@ Thank God the photos turned out ok!
