I'm really great just reappeared on here after a long Summer of gardening rental things and photography. Sounds like you've had a busy time too fantastic news in your journal. I hope your health is improving too .

ah yes Mel--my health is bad at the moment i have an absess in my belly near the surgery opening but I see the doc today about maybe getting it lanced and drained other than that everything is great

hi Mel--i'm always out on shoots no matter what my hea\lth is like i recently got some great pelican and magpie geese close shots and will be uploading them soon--we haven't got into the wedt season yhet but it's close then I'll hopefully get those lightning shots--I joined a camera club and the teacher is an older german guy--very interesting topics and shoots with them--you too mate enjoy your day

Hi glad to hear nothing stops your passion for photography look forward to the new shots. Had some lovely shoots myself over the last week in fields of flowers really dreamy. I'm no good with clubs and groups but i know I would sure learn alot maybe I should consider it. Hope they are progressing in sorting this abcess of yours keep getting well have a lovely day

--That's it my friend even when i went in for major surgery i took my little point and shoot--as soon as i started walking again I was chasing sunset vantages--lol--My suggestion to you is give a camera club a go--especially if you're learning from a real pro--I do most of mine on auto but i'm learning manual now--I'm a nature photographer as you know but there's subjects I know nothing about--portrait isn't a fave but we just finished some loads of fun with all the indoor lighting--i don't like 'set up' shots so i got all the candid stuff no-one else got--i went and saw my nurse today the abscess is looking worse but I'll see the doc tomorrow --she'll decide when and where the drain will get done--have fun Mel

the ones who will land on you are known as darters they come back time and time again to the same resting spot if you place your hand out and are patient they will begin to use that to its so cool have a great day
