Sorry for my late reply! Anyway, thanks for the favourite / comment on the sushi platter piece. I actually did that in 2003 when I really didn't even understand vectors -- because the shapes are so easy, it's mainly just about picking good colors.

No worries, I've been swamped with a lot of work in RL lately as well.

Hey, to me doing vector art is not an easy feat and even if it's just shapes and good colors (like you said :) (Smile) ) the end result is still an amazing vector. :two thumbs up:

I'm really much older than I look (which is a good (or bad) thing, depends on the situation) :) (Smile) Already in my mid 20s, getting older every minute.

I would have guessed you were 18, 19 yes. You still classify in my book as a fellow young artist (: A good one. Most artists that are young here arent anything -too- special, I've found.

I've been active on and off due to moving and internet/computer complications. It's been this way for a good year, give or take a handful of months. It's not a problem now (:

Awh, thanks :) (Smile) I saw your gallery and I think you are a fantastic artist as well. Imbrued, for example, is excellent.
I still have a really long way to go when it comes to digital art. I'm really glad there is a place like DA where I can receive criticism, learn, be inspired and find like-minded people (like you) to talk with. It's a pity I was only active recently. If I had started sooner, I would have learned a lot by now.

I've come a long way thanks to deviant art, through other people's critique (: I've gotten essay's worth of critique from random deviants, amzing people. It's really helped me along.

Constructive critisism.. hm. Try posting online an linking deviations you want advice in. I'd say the thumbshare forumns though they usually dont seem too promising.

When you submit a deviation I think you can change the settings on 'comments welcome' to something like critique welcome too (: I should probably start submitting mine under it as well.
