Ive been thinking today.
When you hold your breath, you dont get oxygen to your blood, right? And thats the reason why your body starts screaming for you to breathe 'cause it needs air to survive.
But howcome you die at once if your heart stops? I mean, you still have some oxygen left, even though its not running around like it should. And does your heart haveta beat for your brain to work?
People who get heart attacks should get atleast 30 seconds to slap themselves around enough for their heart to start beating again.
