I really would like to be able to produce a good quality photo morph like the one i faved. Any tips? and what program did you use?

Well, the fishy hand pic isn't a photomorph per se; it's more of a photomanipulation. That one's all done in Photoshop.
Most of my other morphs are true photomorphs because I use a morphing program called MorphMan, then export the half-human, half-animal images back into Photoshop for composition and touching up.
But, if you're after tips, there are two main ones I can offer:
1) Always work with photos and stock images that are as high-resolution as possible. Photomanipulation always destroys detail, so you need to start off with more than you need.
2) Make sure the source and destination images are as similar to each other as possible; for example, try to get the same poses (if you can't find stock material that you're happy with, photograph your own) and also try to match the lighting - if your photos are in daylight and the stock is full of shadows, it's probably not going to look good.
