Watch out when taking photos at Pearson. They are completely protective and anal about anyone taking pictures. I've had their security approach me and harass me. They have questioned me if I had permission to take pics and such...

It's like that in any place of transit these days - subway stations, airports in particular, train stations. I just smile and try to be discreet without being suspicious. Oh yeah, and I don't take any pictures inside sensative areas, like the gate, security, or luggage check-in. I have plane-spotting friends who get pretty badly hassled while taking pictures outside - that would freak me out. I stay the hell away from the fence ;) (Wink) !

Thank you so, very much for all of your comments today on my work. I appoligise again for the flood as I was re-working those shots with borders but I really appreciate the fact you took the time and thought to comment of them.
Just a side note, I will admit the Air Canada livery has really grown on me and in fact I do like it now that I've seen it live a few times. Really like that tail.

I realized, to my chagrin, that I hadn't been watching Deviations from your non-aviation account, so I switched it on about 2 or 3 weeks ago, and I'm really enjoying what I'm seeing! MARK!!! New Air Canada livery is out: [link] It's just about everywhere all over Anet!
I think it's absolutely disgusting but I can't really say too much more until I see one live here at YVR. Was out there all day today and gahhh, was it ever cold. Anyways... just looks like a giant breath mint to me :O (Eek) The tail is alright, atleast you can actually see the maple leaf now but ehhhh. What are your thoughts?!

You know, I kinda like it. I think this has to do with the fact that I managed to drag up their original concepts for the design, and this is waaaaay better than the awful green combinations from before. Go to aircanada.ca and go to the bottom of the page - click "about us" or "About Air Canada" or whatever it is, then check out the pictures section - they have pics of the new uniforms there. Not too bad... I still have to see a 320 in this scheme before I know if I like it or not, though.

Still not as nice as proud wings. And British Airways.
