So, seeing as you're one of the few people like me who actually model Zoids.. Tell me everything!

LOL
I've got a dozen or so Zoids in my collection, including that bear you did (nice job btw) and 6? 7? I can't quite remember... anyway... 3D models so far plus varients. My liger Zero is old, one of the first mechs I did back in 2000 I think. You can see the progress of my Blade Liger on my Blog.

I've been into mech's for decades. I didn't get a chance to see Zoids Genesis, but I did get a kick out of the first 3 series. I never got to see them as a kid, I picked up on it when Cartoon Planet started airing episodes.
I actually started a Zoid comic over 10 years ago but like a lot of things it got tabled. lol I did a custom CAS armor for my Zero called the Wraith armor. I also wrote a story tying Gaurdian Force to the Zero time.
I've got 3 short movies in mind for my Zoids, stuff I've thought up over the years but then tabled because it was too horridly complex to try. Maybe with my new PC I'm building I can shoot one of them. Or turn one into a comic like my buddy Mechmaster did. You know him here for his Daleks. (I think he goes by Ratbullet here but I can't remember)
I've been a 3D modeler for years but I fell out of it when the market dumped in 2008... so I started writing Scifi. Now I do this for fun or for the cover art of my books.
I model in Inspire 3D, a very old program I admit but it works for me. I sculpt in Sculptris, a free sculpting program now on the Zbrush site. I do layout, texturing, rigging, and such in Cinema 10. I've got experience in Max, Blender, Truespace, Lightwave, Torque 3D, UDK, and a bunch of other programs.

Why not?
I like Zoids. I've dabbled in many things over the years, Zoids are fun and I don't see a lot of 3D work beyond Electrogigante's out there in the wilds of the web.
