ooo recent works are completely done in photoshop , if I scan drawings these are rather only linearts

I have essentials and since a month full version too. full version is much much better but it can't modify pictures as photoshop can. So often I paint in painter and make a corretions in photoshop
Yes, when I draw directly on computer proportions are often wrongly and I must correct it many times but I'm still learning

I suppose I'm simply addicted to computer
I saw on DA many wonderful works made completely on computer and I want to do similar!
So I exercise
but I think in my case drawings on paper and then finished in photoshop looks much better

Btw: Why do you prefer it that way? I mean what is your motivation to paint onscreen instead of postprocessing scanned paintings?

I suppose you use tablet and pen, but still..?

I think it is difficult, because the feeling is so different.

(I have Corel Painter also - but just the Essentials version.. I like this because it imitates the tools quite well - but still I ffind it much more easy to draw on paper)

(or do you draw on paper - then scan and colourize in PS?)
