Just ran across your page from the new additions. Sorry to hear about your accident. That sucks. I've had a fractured femur also. I was out of commission for over a year. In a body cast for almost a year.. No fun. Except the private tutors rocked. And the girls track team coming every week to visit me wasn't bad either. Nice gallery you have here. Keep up the good work.

Yeah. I was hit by a high speed car while crossing a road.. The femur was fractured at a odd angle so instead of metal rods, they opted to heal it in traction for almost a year, then the body cast.

I was around 13-14. It's funny the things you get used to. It wasn't that bad actually. I got back rubs from the nurses almost every day. I actually cried when it was time to go home. The hospital became my home and the staff like family..
