I'm gonna cut to the chase. I've had this lovely voicebank by tsunyandere and oto'd by ryan-kun12 and I was like "but how do I design it????"
Well HERE WE ARE NOW, HUH?!
Anyways!!
Contest Goal: To design an UTAU based off of the voice samples given below.
